Inside an Eduzo Class Report: What Teachers Can Learn From It
After an interactive session, a teacher needs a useful answer to a simple question: what should we do next?
Eduzo's class report brings recorded learning performance together. It gives teachers a starting point for identifying shared needs and deciding which children may benefit from more focused practice.
Begin with the topic assessed
Check which topic and skills the report represents. A session on one aspect of number sense provides information about that aspect; it does not establish mastery of the whole subject.
This keeps the interpretation connected to what children actually had the opportunity to demonstrate.
Look for a shared learning need
If the report shows difficulty across much of the class, the next step may be a brief explanation followed by another activity.
For example, an illustrative class might recognise written numbers successfully but need more practice matching them with quantities. That would suggest revisiting the connection between the numeral and the number of objects.
The report helps bring the shared need into view, so the teacher can focus on the response rather than compiling results.
Look at individual needs where useful
Children do not all need the same follow-up. Use the student detail available in the reporting workflow to identify who needs more practice and who is ready for another challenge.
A whole-class average, where provided, cannot explain every child's performance. Review the relevant individual information when planning support for a particular learner.
Add classroom context when a result is unexpected
A child may have missed instructions, needed help with the interaction or completed fewer activities. These circumstances can affect how much a result tells you.
Use a brief follow-up when needed. The report supports teaching judgement; an unexpected result is a reason to check, rather than to label a child immediately.
Choose one practical action
Your next step might be a class recap, a relevant activity for a few learners or additional practice at home where access is available.
You do not need to analyse every number before acting. Start with the clearest learning need, respond to it and use later reports to follow progress.
Keep learning. Keep moving.
